About

I’m Jason Paulsen and I am the owner and operator of Paulsen Repair. My business is located right behind my house in Scotch Grove, where I live with my wife Jauna and our daughter Lucy.  We also have two pets, Loki the Labrador and Scarlett the cat, who keep me company in the shop during the day.

My interest in ag mechanics began as a kid helping my Grandpa out with repairs on the family farm.  I decided to make a career out of that interest and attended Kirkwood Community College, graduating with an AA in diesel mechanics.  I gained a lot of experience while working at various dealerships throughout my time at school and after I graduated.  I’ve taken many classes through dealerships to improve my knowledge in areas such as hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, air conditioning service and repair, powertrain and many others.

My dad and I decided to build a shop together and Paulsen Repair was born in 2013.  Since then, I have strived to give my customers the highest quality repair work possible.   I am very particular and perform thorough inspections of every piece of equipment before they leave my shop.  My mission is to get things done right the first time.
